Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and voyAIage (“we,” “us”) about your use of voyaiage.com and everything on it (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. You must be at least 16, and old enough to make travel arrangements where you live.

voyAIage is a free planning aid: AI-written itineraries, a trip chat, travel tools, price tracking, guides, a blog and a newsletter. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, booking platform or licensed travel, legal, immigration, medical or financial adviser. We don’t sell travel, take bookings or handle payments. Anything you book, you book with a third party under its own terms.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for what happens through your account.

Itineraries, chat replies, trip reviews and some guide text are written by AI models (currently Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). AI can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and can state wrong things confidently. It may suggest places that are closed, moved, unsafe or unsuitable for you, and its times, distances and costs are estimates.

• Everything on the Service is general information for planning only, not advice for your situation.
• You are responsible for checking anything that matters (visas and entry rules, health and vaccination requirements, safety advice, opening hours, prices, transport times, accessibility and local laws) with official sources and the businesses involved before you travel or pay.
• Follow official government travel advice for safety. Never rely on the Service in an emergency.

Prices, price trends, cost estimates and budgets are estimates or past observations from third-party sources and our own tracking. They are not offers or quotes, may differ from what you are charged, and can change at any time. Ratings, reviews and photos from Google, Tripadvisor and others belong to those providers and are shown as supplied. The final price, availability and conditions are whatever the booking provider shows you at checkout.

The Visa Checker, Schengen Calculator and similar tools give general guidance from public data and can be out of date or not fit your case (for example dual nationality, residence permits or recent rule changes). They are not official and not legal advice. Confirm your requirements with the embassy, consulate or official government site of each country before travelling.

Some links are affiliate links. If you book after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t decide what the planner recommends, and partners don’t pay for placement in itineraries.

Trip details, messages, photos and other things you submit stay yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, adapt and display them to run the Service (for example, to show your trip at its share link, and to process it with our AI and hosting providers as described in the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it isn’t unlawful or infringing. Itineraries made for you are yours to use and share.

You agree not to:

• use bots, scrapers or scripts to access the Service at scale, or copy its data or design;
• get around rate limits, bot checks or other protections;
• resell or commercially repackage the Service or its output;
• submit unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing content, or try to make the AI produce it;
• interfere with the Service’s security or operation, or impersonate us.

We may limit, suspend or end access, or remove content, at our discretion if we think these terms are being broken or the Service is at risk.

The Service is free. To keep it that way we apply daily limits, bot checks and a monthly spending cap that may pause AI features. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time, and we don’t promise it will be available, error-free or that your data will be kept beyond the periods in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Links to booking partners and other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability, conduct or any booking you make with them. Any dispute about a booking is between you and that provider.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Travel involves risks we can’t control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we (and the people who run voyAIage) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of money, bookings, trips, time, data or enjoyment, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. This includes missed or cancelled travel, refused entry, fines, injury or illness, and problems with third-party bookings.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for a free service, nothing) and USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

If you misuse the Service, break these terms or the law, or submit content that infringes someone else’s rights, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and give notice on the site before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

If you have a problem, please email info@voyaiage.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where voyAIage’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
