By accessing or using voyAIage (“the Service”) at voyaiage.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

voyAIage is a free, AI-powered travel planning platform. We provide:

• AI-generated day-by-day travel itineraries
• An AI Trip Companion for refining itineraries via chat
• Free travel tools (cost calculator, budget explorer, visa checker, packing list, destination quiz, jet lag calculator, Schengen calculator, cost comparison, World Cup match planner, and Check My Trip)
• Live hotel and flight pricing data
• Affiliate links to third-party booking platforms
• A travel blog and newsletter

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

voyAIage does not require account creation, login, or payment to use any feature. All core features are free. Email is only collected if you voluntarily choose to receive your itinerary, packing list, or newsletter.

Itineraries, trip reviews, chat responses, and other AI-generated content are produced by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). Important disclaimers:

• Not professional advice — AI-generated content is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Accuracy not guaranteed — Prices, opening hours, visa requirements, safety information, and other details may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify critical information with official sources.
• AI limitations — The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical content. Use your own judgment.
• No liability — We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Hotel and flight prices displayed on voyAIage are sourced from third-party pricing APIs and are approximate. Daily cost estimates are based on averages and may not reflect actual prices at the time of booking. Budget breakdowns (accommodation, food, transport, activities) are estimates based on general category splits and should be used for planning purposes only.

We do not sell travel products. All bookings happen on third-party platforms (Expedia, VRBO, GetYourGuide). We are not responsible for pricing, availability, or booking issues on those platforms.

voyAIage contains affiliate links to Expedia (via CJ Affiliate), VRBO (via CJ Affiliate), GetYourGuide, and Points.com. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our itinerary recommendations or AI-generated content. The AI does not prioritize affiliate partners in its suggestions.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service at scale
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, proof-of-work challenges, or other abuse prevention measures
• Use the Service to generate content for commercial resale
• Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content through the chat or review tools
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service’s design, data, or functionality
• Impersonate voyAIage or misrepresent your affiliation with us

We reserve the right to block access (via IP-based restrictions) for users who violate these terms or engage in excessive usage that impacts service quality for others.

To keep the Service free and available for everyone, we enforce usage limits on features that consume AI resources:

• A daily limit on itinerary generations, trip reviews, and chat conversations per IP address
• Progressive proof-of-work challenges that increase with usage
• A monthly cost cap that may temporarily disable AI features if exceeded

These limits apply automatically and are not negotiable for free-tier usage.

The Visa Checker and Schengen Calculator tools provide general guidance based on commonly available information. They are not authoritative sources. Visa requirements change frequently. Always verify with the official embassy or consulate of your destination country before traveling.

voyAIage is not liable for entry refusals, fines, or any consequences arising from reliance on our visa or travel information tools.

The voyAIage brand, design, code, and original content are our intellectual property. AI-generated itineraries created for you are yours to use, share, and modify freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User-submitted content (trip plans pasted into Check My Trip, chat messages) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may process it through AI services as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms:

• Expedia Terms
• VRBO Terms
• GetYourGuide Terms

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voyAIage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: missed flights, incorrect bookings, visa issues, financial losses, or any other travel-related problems.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $0, as the Service is provided entirely free of charge.

• The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, pricing data, or travel information.
• We do not guarantee uptime or availability.
• We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or licensed travel advisor.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which voyAIage’s operators reside.
